1. Market entry terms

Stepping into Maqam means you accept these market rules for buying HSN 1209 garden and seed seed packs including tomato, pepper, broccoli, carrot, melon and specialty varieties. Each seed order placed online is covered by the clauses that follow.

3. Catalogue notes

Orders contain seed packs for garden and agricultural use. Pack weight, germination guidance and variety details may vary with lot and season.

• Shelf tags show Indian Rupees (₹); GST applies as shown on each product.
• Catalogue availability pauses when a variety is between production cycles.
• Pack weights are within trade tolerances.

4. Shopper verification

Checkout requires a one-time email OTP. Buyers must be 18+ or accompanied by authorised guardian consent.

5. Order settlement

• An order firms up once prepaid settlement clears or COD is chosen and acknowledged.
• Pay via UPI, cards, net banking or Cash on Delivery on serviceable lanes.
• COD orders add ₹49 freight unless prepaid free-ship promos apply.
• Prepaid seed orders ship without courier charge where the banner states so at checkout.

6. Arbitration seat

Indian consumer and contract law applies. Exclusive forum: courts at the city of our registered office.
